All travel details are listed in the catalogue and reference for the quoted price. Every 11th person travels for free. One supervisor per 10 students travels for the price of one student. Any extra supervisor pays a surcharge of €3 per night.
The perfect group consists of 45 persons. This number is the foundation of our calculations. We are happy to help you find other groups to complement yours so we can achieve the optimum value for money. Every offer you receive mentions the minimum group size for which we guarantee the price named.

booking

Simply send us a detailled inquiry using the form via fax or e-mail. You will receive a personal offer without obligation for free. In case you agree, we sign the contract and can book the trip. If the affirmation of the school board or any other superior institution is still pending we offer you to fix a date until which the contract can be cancelled.

transport

The main means of transport is bus or coach. Depending on your destination other means may be plane, train or ship/ferry. If travelling internationally, passports and/or ID is necessary. We inform you about any VISA regulations and take care of these.

in the field

Our contracted places of residence are of local standards and perfectly suitable for young people. Further information can be obtained from the respective information sheets. You also have the right of pre-inspection after booking. Boarding is also of local standards, meals and food are typical of the country. Half-board includes breakfast and dinner. Full-board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (when on exkursions, a packed lunch is provided). Drinks and beverages are mostly excluded, some serve mineral water and tee for free.

We do guarantee to realize your travels (excluding force majeure). Your security and that of your pupils and students is imperative. Our bus drivers strictly adhere their working and resting periods and our vehicles are TÜV as well as DEKRA certified. Our entire company has been continuously tested and certified as “excellent” by TÜV Rheinland.
